Infracto is in a beta testing stage, and is not running or produced in a technical environment until enough interst is generated. Infracto is developed by UpLegacy Companies (https://discord.uplegacy.org), and your server and bot usage must abide by the UpLegacy Terms of Service, User Guidelines, and End User License Agreement. UpLegacy by proxy adheres to its own privavy policy, which can be found here.
By utilizing Infracto's service, you acknowledge that:
As the bot is in Beta Testing bugs will be present, and that it is your obligation to report them to the UpLegacy Development team through the discord, or other relavent means of contact.
Updates are frequent, and we are not responsible should your bot be offline or restart. We recommend joining the UpLegacy Discord Server for update schedules and notifications.
Data loss is a possibility! The bot WILL NOT harm your server in any way. However, during updates to major versions full data retention of server activity, roblox linked accounts, or configuration is NOT GUARENTEED. We apologize for this, and appreciate your understanding.
